  • First performance of Commedia - 4th Symphony by composer Jouni Kaipainen with the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra and conductor Hannu Lintu.
  • Sibelius's Kullervo with Tapiola Sinfonietta and conductor Hannu Lintu.
  • The 110th Anniversary Concert of the Polytech Choir, premiering the work Kaikki kuuluu värinä by Tiina Myllärinen.
  • Opening concert of the V International Leevi Madetoja Male Voice Choir Competition and Choral Weekend with premiers of Talvi, tule vasta by Mikko Sidoroff and Night Signal by Markku Klami.

2009

  • Tour in Finland (Mikkeli-Punkaharju-Helsinki), with a premier of Anna niskasi niellä kynteni jälki by composer Olli Kortekangas.
  • Finland 1809 Bicentennial Concert with the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra and Leif Segerstam.
  • Traditional Christmas concerts with opera bass Matti Salminen as the soloist.

2008

  • The Finnish premier of Die Tageszeiten by Richard Strauss with the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra and Leif Segerstam.
  • A cappella concert with The King's Singers in Helsinki.
  • Spring concert in Helsinki, premier of Kyklooppi (The Cyclop) by composer Riikka Talvitie.

  • Sibelius' Kullervo and The Origin of Fire in Metz, France, and in Saarbrücken, Germany, with Orchestre National de Lorraine and conductor Jacques Mercier.
  • Luciano Berio's Stanze with the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra and conductor John Storgårds.

2006

  • Beethoven's Symphony no. 9 with the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, Philomela women's choir and conductor Jukka-Pekka Saraste.
  • Maurice Ravel's Daphnis & Chloe with the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra, Philomela women's choir and conductor Sakari Oramo.
  • The opening concert of the Choral Espoo festival.
  • Shostakovich's Symphony no. 13 "Babi Yar" with the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra and conductor Dmitri Slobodeniouk.
  • Presentation of the new critical edition of Sibelius's Kullervo symphony and the first performance of the piano accompanied arrangement.
  • Liszt's Faust symphony and Aarre Merikanto's Tuhma with Sinfonia Lahti and conductor Hannu Lintu.

  • Sibelius' Kullervo symphony with the Radio Symphony Orchestra's 75th anniversary concert in Helsinki.

  • Sibelius' Kullervo symphony with the Philharmonia Orchestra and Esa-Pekka Salonen in Royal Festival Hall in London.

  • Sibelius' Kullervo symphony and Finlandia with the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra in a tour in Europe in Amsterdam, Zagreb, Wien, Madrid and Barcelona.

  • Stravinsky's Oedipus Rex opera oratorio and Schubert's Gesang Der Geister über den Wassern at the Canary Island music festivals with the Radio Symphony Orchestra.
  • Sibelius' Kullervo symphony with the Radio Symphony Orchestra is a concert transmitted throug radio to 28 countries.

  • A concert tour to Canadian Northern Encounters festivals as a guest of Toronto Symphony Orchestra.
